In Stockholm, the BRASSAR collective is for #FreeLula

Stockholm, April 6th, 2019. The BRASSAR collective (Brasileiros na Suécia contra o Golpe – “Brazilians in Sweden against the coup”) held today in Stockholm the event “Lula, preso político” (Lula, political prisoner). The event was attended by over 60 people, from varied nationalities. It was a roundtable with guests Marcia Cavalcante, professor of Philosophy at Södertörn University, and author of the book “Desbolsonário de bolso”, and researcher Paola Sartoretto, who has a Ph.D. in Communication and authored a thesis on media and the MST (Brazil’s landless workers movement). The event was concluded with presentations from poet Ignacio Sosa and the musicians Bartira Fortes and Andersoul Racional.
